Phe's background is pretty normal, all things considered. If you take out that fact that both of her parents are government agents (one more secretive than the other) and she's half-vampire, at least.
ABILITIES & SPECIAL TALENTS[]
Phe is a Daywalker, which really just means she gets to be a vampire while prancing about in the sunlight and doing normal people things. Yet, still not being a sparkly fag. She needs to feed occasionally and does so almost strictly from her boyfriend, Kyle.
She also possessed a heightened healing ability and recovers from physical injuries much faster than a mortal would.
